Our Friday Luncheon Speaker’s Program

We’ve assembled an amazing group of over thirty women who support this program. Some work in the front, others in the background – all committed to secure the success of young women in their development and dreams.

We’re asking women for their engagement, in dozens of ways – one of the easiest is to speak at one of our “after-school” sessions on a Thursday afternoon for an hour at the school (’s not really “speaking”; it’s more like talking). It’s important that young women see and talk to women who will share their “stories” about what it was like for them as girls and the importance of  education, personal responsibility and making the right choices.

If you’re new to our “big idea” …it’s pretty simple. Spend an hour , with 12-15  young women, talking about life. What was it was like for you at their age and how you learned to make the right choices. Other talking points are: what it means to you to accept personal responsibility, what does self-respect, character and integrity mean to you?

We will update the new school year speaker’s dates soon – please check back. To connect about volunteering – please use our nifty contact form.
