How Does It Work?
To become a distribution partner, please read our terms and conditions listed below and fill out our online application. Once you’ve been approved as a distribution partner, you’ll be invited for a brief tour, orientation and overview of how to use our online shopping cart. Distribution partner tours and orientations are a DROP-IN. Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00pm. They normally take about a half hour. No appointments are necessary – just stop in when you can, ask for the volunteer manager on duty, and request a new distribution partner orientation. Virtual orientations on zoom are also available on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11am. We are trying to make it as easy as possible to connect!
Distribution Partner Terms and Conditions
- Gift Package Requests, when filled, MUST be picked up in a timely manner at our facility in Acushnet.
- You must represent a Government or Non-profit Agency that works directly with at-risk children.
- We cannot distribute to private individuals, or families, as we have no capacity to determine need. 501c3 or Government Agencies ONLY!
- Your participation is limited only by your ability to pick up requests/orders at our distribution facility in a timely manner.
- ONLY you are allowed to pick-up orders. Families of the children receiving the items cannot pick up orders.
- We only accept online orders.
- You will receive access to our on-line ordering portal, GiftEngine, after you sign up and visit the factory.
- Your Tax ID number will be required (unless you work for a governmental agency).
- Partners new to our process must attend a brief (20 minutes) orientation and training at our Acushnet facility, no appointments are required, you may visit anytime we are open.

Other things to note:
- There is no charge for our service
- Most items we re-purpose are “almost new/gently used”.
- Each item we repurpose is hand inspected and approved before packing.
- New items, when we have them, are: underwear, socks, school supplies, arts and craft supplies and birthday presents.
