At GiftsToGive we are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and the children we serve. We
want visitors to feel comfortable whenever they visit our website and parents, educators and social service distribution partners
to feel secure as they support their children in service with us or in receipt of gifts from us. For this reason GiftsToGive
adheres to strict policies for ensuring the privacy and security of all personal information provided to us by visitors to
our website and youth volunteers and recipients, as well as preserving the integrity of our online medium. This Internet Privacy
Policy will tell you what information we collect, how it is used and what your choices are. Please read our Internet Privacy
Policy carefully. Also, with specific regard to our guidelines on
reporting on children, we have adopted and follow the UNICEF Principals for ethical reporting on children.

Personal information that GiftsToGive collects.
In order to facilitate the participation in certain GiftsToGive charitable programs,
visitors to our website might be asked to provide some personally identifiable information, such as their full name (or the
full name of the child that they are registering for our Happy Birthday Program), address, email address, birth date, telephone
number, credit card information and/or other personally identifiable information. The collection of personal information could
be in connection with the following:
· Making a cash donation to GiftsToGive through our website;
· Making a donation of new or gently used items;
· Volunteering at our warehouse;
· Registering for one of our programs, including registering a child for our Happy Birthday Program;

Signing up for our newsletter;
·
Participating in our charitable programs.

GiftsToGive does not intend to collect any information directly from children or minors. If a visitor to the GiftsToGive
website is under the age of 18, they may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. In the event GiftsToGive
learns that it has inadvertently collected information from a child or minor, any and all such information will be promptly
deleted from GiftsToGive systems. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent a visitor is registering a child for participation
in our Happy Birthday Program then promptly following registration (and before any use by GiftsToGive of the child’s
personal information) we will (1) notify the parent or legal guardian that their child has been registered to participate
in our Happy Birthday Program and (2) provide the parent or guardian with the opportunity review their child’s personal
information and/or to request the withdrawal of their child from such program and the deletion of all of their child’s
personal information. GiftsToGive web server recognizes the IP address
of visitors’ domain names, but does not associate such IP address to the personal information of such visitor. An IP
address is a number automatically assigned to a visitor’s computer each time they access the Internet. All computer
identification and communication on the internet is conducted using IP addresses. GiftsToGive collects IP addresses in order
to facilitate system administration and to conduct website analysis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GiftsToGive may associate
a visitor’s IP address with their email address for identification purposes if the visitor threatens GiftsToGive or
any of our officers, directors, employees or volunteers, visitors to our website or others. If a visitor sends an email to
GiftsToGive, subscribes to our newsletter, or actively provides their email address to this website, GiftsToGive will have
their email address at this website.

2. How GiftsToGive uses personal information.
GiftsToGive uses personal information collected through our website in conjunction
with the charitable programs that visitors to our website choose to participate in and may also use personal information to
inform visitors to our website of other GiftsToGive activities. Except as set forth herein, GiftsToGive will not use any personally
identifiable information that it collects for marketing or promotional purposes and will not use personal information to contact
visitors to our website for any purpose unless necessary for the enforcement of this Internet privacy policy. GiftsToGive
will not condition a visitor's participation in any charitable activity on the disclosure of more personal information
than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity.

3. Personal information GiftsToGive discloses.
Except as otherwise provided herein, GiftsToGive
will not disclose any personal information it gathers about a visitor to our website that could be used to identify or contact
such visitor. GiftsToGive does not provide any personally identifiable information to third parties. in the following limited
circumstances, GiftsToGive may release personal information to third parties: (i) to comply with valid legal requirements
such as a law, regulation, subpoena or court order; or (ii) in special cases such as a threat of physical violence to a visitor
to our website or to others.

Visitors to the GiftsToGive website may request that we remove the personal information that they
provided to us from our databases and servers at any time by submitting a written request to GiftsToGive at the address provided
hereunder in updates, changes and contacting GiftsToGive. In addition, a visitor may refuse to allow the further collection
or use of their personal information by submitting a written request to GiftsToGive at the address provided hereunder in updates,
changes and contacting GiftsToGive. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GiftsToGive shall not be required to remove personal information,
including financial information, or to refrain from using such information, to the extent the retention or use of such information
by GiftsToGive is related to accounting for, and maintaining records of the source of, charitable contributions to GiftsToGive
as required by law. If a visitor requests emails or subscribes to a newsletter, they may unsubscribe at any time by notifying
GiftsToGive at the address provided in such email or newsletter, or as provided hereunder in updates, changes and contacting
GiftsToGive.

GiftsToGive security practices and procedures.
GiftsToGive wants the personal information of visitors to our website to remain
as secure as reasonably possible. Hence, we have taken several measures to protect such personal information from loss, misuse
or alteration, by using a combination of administrative procedures, physical, and technical safeguards. With respect to technical
safeguards, GiftsToGive uses a combination of secure procedures to help ensure the integrity and privacy of the personal information
provided to GiftsToGive via the Internet. All transactions involving sensitive information such as a visitor’s credit/debit
card number are conducted using a secure connection. This connection provides increased security of such personal information
as it is transmitted to our website. Access to personal information is controlled by authentication. On the administrative
side, only authorized GiftsToGive personnel and special volunteers are permitted access to your personal information, strictly
on a “need to know basis.” In addition, all GiftsToGive personnel and special volunteers with access to such information
must abide by and sign a copy of GiftsToGive privacy and confidentiality policies. Any GiftsToGive personnel or volunteer
that violates such policies is subject to disciplinary action, which may result in termination of such person’s relationship
with GiftsToGive.
