We can’t make it, but want to help financially

We’re excited about the new space and while we still have substantial work and retro-fitting to do, we’re motivated and energized by the possibilities!

With the help of the “Friends of the New Bedford Half Marathon“, we’re able to do this wonderful event again this year. We’re grateful for our partnership.

A special thank you to our “Rising Tide Event Committee”Dan McCarthy, John Saunders, Tim Murray, Jeff Sanders, Charis Anderson, Sue Means, Chris Donnelly, Martha Kay and Mike Manghan.

What better way for us to show you what we’re up to and where we are going, than over a fabulous meal with friends! There is absolutely no one that puts out a clam and lobster dinner like John Saunders. We cannot thank him enough for doing this.

Our new home will allow us to significantly increase our impact and to facilitate thousands more student volunteers.

Got Books?

Got Books?

We’ll be able to reduce our overhead substantially and with the opening of our new (Saturday’s only) Thrift Store, (gently-used adult clothing and home goods), we’re on the way to becoming even more financially self-sustaining!

Donations of “gently-used items” clothes, toys and especially children’s books are always appreciated!
